Product Return Policy
Within 7 days from the date you sign for the goods, yk8 will provide you with return and exchange services.

1. YK8 only provides you with one return service per order. In order to protect your rights and interests, please consider and contact us.
2. When returning or exchanging goods, please ensure that the product tag and various packaging are complete.
3. Products damaged due to your personal reasons (such as size modification, washing, leather oil, embroidery, long-term wearing, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged.
4. When returning or exchanging goods, please choose ordinary express to send the goods back to us. If there is a quality problem, YK8 can pay the shipping fee (the maximum amount does not exceed US$15).
5. The goods in the gift package or set cannot be partially returned, because the goods in the original gift package or set do not enjoy discounts at the time of purchase.
6. Special products (special products designated by yk8, such as socks, cosmetics, makeup tools, etc.) currently do not provide try-on services, and non-quality problems will not be returned or exchanged.
7. If you are required to provide an invoice when purchasing, please return the invoice together with the merchandise when returning the product. Invoices will not be returned if lost.
8. The pictures and information are for reference only. Due to problems such as shooting lighting and color differences on different monitors, there may be a certain color difference between the product pictures and the actual product. All products shall prevail.
